FAQ – Activation via amazon.com/mytv
Activation via amazon.com/mytv takes about 1–2 minutes total. After you click Register Device, your TV automatically refreshes within 30 seconds and Prime Video opens up.
Yes! You can activate multiple devices on one Amazon account. Just repeat the process for each device — get a new code on each TV and enter it at amazon.com/mytv separately. Amazon allows up to several registered devices per account.
No. Once you've activated your TV through amazon.com/mytv, it stays registered permanently — unless you deregister it manually, factory reset your TV, or sign out of the Prime Video app.
